Low Activated Flip-Flop Tutorial

SET and RESET are LOW activated inputs.

When SET is pulsed LOW, Q goes HIGH and bar Q goes LOW.

If RESET is now pulsed LOW, then Q goes LOW and bar Q goes HIGH.
