Synchronous Graphics Random Access Memory
<storage> (SGRAM, Synchronous Graphics RAM) A type of Synchronous DRAM
optimised for use in graphics hardware. Extra features can include burst
operation, block write and write per bit. SGRAMs are designed to provide the
very high throughput needed for graphics-intensive operations such as 3d
rendering and full-motion video.
